We are currently putting together a new system of measuring the sustainability of our products in a very practical way. Emphasis is on the word practical, not theoretical or implied. When released this system will indicate the “true nature” of the product’s sustainable criteria, removing the greenwash and critically judging each product on merit.
We only represent manufacturers who make a concerted effort to improve all aspects of raw material supply chain, production practices and innovation to create the most enviro-conscious and sustainable flooring and surface materials on the market.
In reality no flooring will ever be perfect, but we hope to get close by continuous development and critical analysis.
